Dashboard KPIs Show Wrong Numbers

Symptoms: The Dashboard tab shows “42 Active Findings” but when you go to the Findings tab, the actual count is different.

Cause: The pre-computed entity counter cache has drifted from actual data.

Fix: Admin Settings → System tab → Click Rebuild Count Cache. Wait for completion and verify the counts are now consistent.
