Jira Integration Returning "Project Not Found"

Symptoms: Test Connection shows “Project not found” error.

Fix:

1. Verify the Project Key is correct (case-sensitive, uppercase, no spaces). Open Jira and check an issue number, the prefix before the hyphen is the project key.
2. Verify Jira has been connected via Atlassian Administration (not just configured in Aegis settings).
3. Verify the Jira project still exists and has not been archived or deleted.
4. Check Forge logs for the raw Jira API response.
