Radio Options

Use Radio Options when you want users to choose exactly one item from a short, predefined list. This field displays all options visibly as buttons, making it easier to see all choices at once — great for quick decision-making.

How to Add a FreshForms Radio Options Field

  1. Edit the page where you want to add the form.
  2. Click the “Insert More Content” button (usually represented by a “+” icon).
  3. From the dropdown, select Other Macros.
  4. Then type FreshForms- scroll and select FreshForms Radio Options.

This will insert a FreshForms Radio Options within the Container Macro.
