• We do not store, log, or retain any form data, personal data, or customer content processed through FreshForms.
• All form data remains within the customer’s own systems (such as Atlassian Confluence or Jira), and FreshForms only facilitates in-product interactions.

2. Data Processing

• FreshForms operates within the customer environment (e.g., Atlassian Cloud or Data Center) and performs processing in real time.
• Any data accessed during form interactions is used solely for rendering or executing configured actions and is not transmitted or stored on Forio’s infrastructure.

3. Security Measures

• FreshForms adheres to best practices for secure development, including:

  • Regular security reviews and updates.
  • Minimal permissions: the app requests only the permissions necessary to function.
  • No external data transmission: FreshForms does not send data to external Forio servers.

4. Privacy Commitment

• FreshForms does not collect, process, or store personal data under GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy frameworks.
• As no data is stored, customers retain full control and ownership of their information within their own environments.
